• Private Equity: Debt components; min request is $15 million. Options include Reg D 504, Reg D 506, debt with equity financing, and 100% private equity injection.
• Small commercial loans: SBA commercial mortgage financing: $100,000 to $6 million

• Multifamily: Commercial mortgage multifamily loans from $250,000 and up (US only) with up to 30 yr amortizations
• Self Storage, Built-to-suit, Manufactured Housing, Warehouse:    
• Mixed-use properties: Loans available from $250,000 and up
• Renewable Energy Financing (144A Bonds): Minimum loan $50 million.
• CMBS financing: Min. Commercial Mortgage Back Security (CMBS) loan starts at $1 million
