Our financial portfolio provides commercial loans and transactions as follow:

• FHA / HUD Loans-223a7, 221d4, 223f, HUD 232, FHA 232f:  Min. request is $3.5 million and up
• Bridge Loans: Min loan amount starts at $3.5 million.
• Private Equity: Debt with equity components; min request is $20 million. Client must have minimum 1% in reserves.
• Movie / TV Financing: Min request $10 million with 30% POF from client.
• Real Estate Transactional loans:  Used for flipping properties. Minimum loan $10 million. Borrowers must be cash strong with exit strategies in place.
• Small commercial loans: $250,000 to $5 million; small multifamily minimum is $750,000 (restrictions apply). SBA 7A & 504 available.
• Church loans: Minimum loans begin at $1,000,000
• Commercial Lines of Credit: Maximum credit limit is $500k. Please call our offices to speak with a loan specialist.
• Renewable Energy Financing (144A Bonds): Minimum loan $100 million.
• Lawsuit Cash Advancements - $500 to $500,000. (see page for details)
• POF -  Proof Of Funds: Accounts available from $100K to $2 billion
